The Basch pizza acquires its unique flavor thanks to the top-quality Italian oven specially designed to achieve the most delicious crispy texture.
This pizza oven was patented in 1992. by the well-known global company Marana Forni as the first rotary pizza oven designed for restaurants.
It is particularly exciting that when visiting Basch House, you have the opportunity to directly observe how this specially designed stone surface rotates, lifts, and lowers as needed, adapting to the type of pizza being prepared. The micro-perforated surface ensures the perfect crispy taste of the dough, something that Basch House pizza chefs take special care to achieve, baking it just as much as needed.
