Antipasti platter

A perfect combination of local specialties: beef rump steak, kulen in casing, mangalica sausage, prosciutto, and buđola, along with a selection of four types of cow’s cheese (plain, with herbs, smoked, and with ground paprika). The platter is complemented with cherry tomatoes, dried plums, a mix of nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), and fresh bread.

Beef Carpaccio

Rolled beef fillet served with a mix of crispy salad, topped with sun-dried tomato dressing, basil pesto, and sprinkled with Grana Padano 12m and pine nuts, along with homemade crispy bread.

Beef Tartare

Hand-cut beef fillet with selected spices, served with homemade butter, pine nuts, and truffle oil by choice, homemade bread.

Fresh prawns breaded in Japanese tempura, wrapped in carefully cut sheets, sweet chili sauce, mixed crispy salad, cherry tomatoes.

A combination of fresh tuna and salmon, served on a plate with arugula, olive oil, and lemon juice, accompanied by homemade crispy bread.
