Fish Carpaccio

A combination of fresh tuna and salmon, served with arugula, olive oil and lemon juice, with the addition of homemade crispy bread.

Beef Carpaccio

Rolled beef fillet with a mix of crispy salads, topped with sun-dried tomato dressing, basil pesto, 12-month aged Grana Padano and pine nuts, served with homemade ciabatta bread.

Antipasti platter

A perfect combination of homemade specialties: beef rump steak, kulen in kata, Mangalica sausage, prosciutto and buđola, served with a selection of four types of cow’s milk cheese (plain, with herbs, smoked, and with crushed paprika). The platter is complemented with cherry tomatoes, dried plums, a mix of nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts) and fresh bread.

Beef Tartare

Hand-cut beef fillet with selected spices, served with homemade butter, pine nuts, and truffle oil by choice, homemade bread.
